3 Steps to Creating Repeat Lifetime Customers

Repeat lifetime customers are to profitable successful thriving businesses what engines are to cars. They are at the heart of real growth for any company or business that seeks to be around now and into the future. Repeat lifetime customers are responsible for putting Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Tony Robbins, and Suzanne Evans on top.

Why do you go back and continue buying what you buy regularly?

Is it to satisfy a need or want?

And what you consider a need or want may differ from another person’s view of their need and want.

But have you ever wondered what will make your customers to keep coming back?

Here’s an example. Apple found itself among some of the top competition in its industry. But to not have its customers only motivated to buy well-designed hardware, they came up with the “Think Different” Campaign in 1990 and worked to intentionally have its product associated with significant historical figures like Einstein, Mohammed Ali, and Gandhi.

By doing this, they tapped into the desire to be a better version of yourself.

So how do you create repeat lifetime customers now that you’re in the business you’re in?

Here are the 3 steps to take:

  1. Touch the hearts of those you deem ideal clients in your reach outs and marketing.
  2. Provide the outcome they are seeking or longing for, thus making them feel you know what they want or need.
  3. Leverage that outcome to continue helping them to find solutions to their ongoing challenges and successes.
